N.C. VFW State Commander, Jim Goins has a friend who needs our help. The  materials and land have already been donated for a homeless veterans house.  Now we need to get the house built. I was thinking about the Barn raisings that occurred years ago with the granges.

Those were a shining example of Americans looking out for each other and a good format to use now.

Nobody likes to be told what to do.  Get some competitions going.  Human nature has proved:  people always want what the other guy has.

"The grass is always greener on the other side "    So Very Simple,  So Very Accurate.

I adopt ideas only if they are useful, which is to say if they work efficiently toward accomplishing the well-defined goals. I am never eager to take command of projects or groups, preferring to stay in the background until others demonstrate their inability to lead . I approach reality as a giant chess board, always seeking strategies that have a high payoff, and always devising contingency plans in case of error or adversity. Organizational structure and operational procedures are never arbitrary, never set in concrete, but are quite malleable and can be changed, improved, streamlined.  No idea is too far-fetched to be entertained-if it is useful. I am always open to new concepts and, in fact, aggressively seeking them. I am also alert to the consequences of applying new ideas or positions. Theories which cannot be made to work are quickly discarded. On the other hand, I can be quite ruthless in implementing effective ideas, seldom counting personal cost in terms of time and energy.

We are beginning to work with a military-affiliated association who is assisting our wounded warriors when they return from the battlefield.  Many of these men and women are permanently disabled and want to purchase a home together by combining their income.  What programs would you be able to offer these veterans?  Any information that you can offer me would be greatly appreciated.  We will be presenting this proposal to the general on the local base here.

Some of these veterans are discharged and waiting placement for permanent residence and some are still active-duty military status.   Insofar as credit scores are concerned, I?m sure that we will have a mixed box of scores.

Help us take care of our veterans who worked so hard to protect and serve their country!

Subject: Help Our Military Veterans!

Hi Jamie,
With these borrowers, we would consider disability as fixed income.  Their
income can be grossed up 123%.  All of these fixed income borrowers would
have to go full doc and the LTV would vary from credit score to credit
score.
Hopefully this will help you out, but let me know if you
have  further questions!!
Thanks!!

We would like to launch a new program for education on International Peace and Security, including  computer training centers, located across the country. These computer training centers will recruit  our "Wounded Warriors"  to assist  American families in  being better prepared for  unlikely emergency scenarios .  The Department of Homeland Security's has stated that they know from intelligence reports that terrorists are working hard to obtain biological, chemical, and radiological weapons, and the threat of an attack is real.

There is clearly a need for better organized and integrated factual reference systems on the Internet.

Over the years the State has proven the effectiveness of youth leadership development and community-based programs. The State has helped to demonstrate that community outreach programs which are developed and managed by a community for a community make a striking impact. With the partnership of the Government, our young leaders "Wounded Warriors"will bring vital  education and critically-need training skills to their neighbors, family members and peers, and, in so doing, will effect positive change in their own communities.

Also our students and  teachers will assist in  support of research and training to strengthen public policy advice on  the scientific and intellectual infrastructure of international security policy through an ongoing project engaged in creating a federated system of individual databases at different geographical locations, accessible through a single integrated user platform.
