Put simply, you tell us what you want to do and we figure out how to do it. We will come up with several options detailing the pros and cons of each method as well as the cost..

On-Site Technical Support

You ring us up and tell us what needs to be done. It might be installing a printer, setting up an internet connection, diagnosing a fault or showing you how to do A, B and C in a program.

Casual: $88 per hour base rate Regular Client: $77 per hour for 5 or more hours per month. SOHO: $66 per hour for those with 5 or less computers and no server. *Time is billed in 15 minute blocks. Travel time is charged at 50% of the on-site rate. There is a minimum on-site time of 30 minutes (excluding travel time). After hours support (8pm to 8am) is billed double on-site rate.

Spyware, Adware and Virus Removal

We run several specialised programs on the computer to completely remove all Spyware, Adware and Viruses and we will teach you how to do it yourself if you wish. Did you know that every time you use the internet Spyware and Adware programs are secretly installed? On computers that have never been scanned before we sometimes find up to 800 different Spyware and Adware programs. Below is a list of common symptoms that Spyware/Adware has been installed.

* Your Internet browser pops up advertising all by it self usually advertising obscene sites or their own pop-up blockers/spyware removal tools that don't really work. * Your web browsers home page unexpectedly changes. * New supposedly "helpful" toolbars install are added to your Internet browser. * Your Internet browser suddenly closes or stops responding. * Your computer seems much slower than when you first got it or it always seems to be doing something even when idle.

Complete System Rebuild

Sometimes a system is so infected or corrupted that a complete re-install of the operating system and programs is needed. Just drop off the system to us and we will do the following:

* Reformat your hard drive and install MS Windows and any other programs you have given us disks for. Disks are not required for us to re-install very popular free or shareware programs, eg WinZip, OpenOffice, InfranView. * Install the latest service packs and security patches for your version of MS Windows and MS Office if you have it. * Install Anti-Virus and Spyware/Adware removal software even if you have not supplied us with any. * Clean the inside of your computer if needed.

$165 per computer.

Hosting

Once you have a website you are going to need to put it somewhere where everyone can see it. There are lots of options available but most small to medium businesses will find that a $10-$25 per month package is all they need. We also have a way for you to host it yourself on your broadband Internet service, this option will also open up many other possibilities.

You will also need your own domain name.

Domain Registration and Management

We can help you find and register an available domain name or we can transfer your existing domain name for free so that when your domain is up for renewal it is at our much lower price. We will perform all configuration and maintenance as needed free of charge and we will inform you when your domain name is due for renewal.
